CDL Truck Driver
Land O'Lakes, Inc.
• Safely transporting agricultural materials, including fertilizer and anhydrous ammonia, to customer locations and cooperative sites • Operate within a regional area with routes primarily running through Iowa and Nebraska (home most days) • Overnight routes to Kansas, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio • Follows all driving and safety policies • Complies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers • Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others • Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly • Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed • Successful forklift certification required
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Possesses valid driver’s license including: Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- HAZ-MAT licensure (or ability to attain)
- Tanker Endorsement Required
- 2+ years of commercial driving experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
- 3+ years of commercial driving experience (preferred)
- Anhydrous experience (preferred)
- Tanker Experience (preferred)
