Quality Review Specialist
MAP Retirement
• Responsible for communication and satisfaction of servicing internal and external clients • Review the quality of client and annual valuations, government forms, correction calculations • Provide technical assistance to MAP Colleagues • Engage in active communication with colleagues and Directors • Collaborate with QR Team and Compliance Manager to identify consistent errors
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services operations environment
- PensionPro and FTW experience a plus
- Microsoft Office 360, SharePoint, Notebook, PowerPoint experience preferred

• Assist clients in securing their benefits • Provide hands-on training with a dedicated supervisor • Participate in weekly training sessions with the organization’s owner
