Content Marketing Lead

Crunchafi

• Develop and execute Crunchafi’s content strategy across web, email, social, and PR channels to drive visibility, leads, and engagement. • Plan, write, and edit high-quality content including blogs, case studies, press releases, bylines, one-pagers, and website copy. • Build and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry trends. • Execute SEO strategy and conduct keyword research, optimize existing content, and track performance metrics to improve organic rankings. • Collaborate on sales enablement and customer onboarding content, creating and managing tools that help sales teams educate and convert prospects (e.g., pitch decks, sales collateral, ROI calculators, etc.). • Manage Crunchafi’s content library, ensuring materials are up-to-date, on-brand, and easily accessible for internal teams. • Own Crunchafi’s social media presence, crafting posts that amplify our voice and strengthen engagement across LinkedIn and other key channels. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure content consistency and alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS or accounting/financial technology company
  • Proven experience driving SEO growth through content planning, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Strong background in sales enablement content and understanding of the buyer’s journey.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills and able to simplify technical topics into clear, engaging messages.
  • Extensive experience with creative and publishing tools such as InDesign, Figma, or Canva (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferred).
  • Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect content initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with CPA firms, accounting software, or fintech audiences.
