• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling • Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting audit information. • Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation • Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines
Job Requirements
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit work
- Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
- Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments

Quality Improvement & Operational Performance - Analyze audit trends, root causes, and error patterns; document findings and utilize reporting tools to support data-driven decision making. - Lead and support quality improvement initiatives by recommending workflow, process, training, and policy enhancements to improve coding quality and consistency. Stakeholder Collaboration & Education - Communicate audit findings effectively and provide constructive coaching and education to coders and internal partners. - Collaborate with coding leadership, educators, and operational teams to maintain audit consistency, support calibration efforts, and ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
