Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
- 15+ years of market access experience in pharmaceutical or biotech, with a focus on rare disease
- Proven history of developing and executing successful market access strategies for specialty and rare disease therapies
- Deep expertise in the payer landscape, reimbursement processes, and pricing strategy
- Substantial experience shaping HEOR and real-world evidence strategies
- In-depth knowledge of specialty pharmacy, patient services, limited distribution networks, reimbursement hubs, co-pay programs, and patient assistance programs
- Demonstrated success negotiating and managing contracts with payers and external partners
- Strong relationships with key payers, GPOs, and market access stakeholders
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills — with the ability to influence across functions and at the executive level
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
