HR Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant

Role Description We are looking for a person responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing future-oriented leadership and organizational development solutions that support Deutsche Telekom's business strategy and transformation priorities. The role contributes expertise, research, and innovation to the evolution of the executive development portfolio and assumes end-to-end responsibility for selected executive development programs, strategic projects, and thought leadership initiatives. It acts as a subject matter expert on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and future capability topics while collaborating with stakeholders across the Group. What You’ll Do - Continuously identify and assess external trends, market developments, and emerging leadership topics relevant for executive and organizational success. - Derive future-oriented executive qualification and development requirements aligned with business strategy, transformation priorities, and future capability needs. - Initiate and support the development of new leadership, organizational development, and executive qualification concepts, formats, and learning experiences. - Assume end-to-end responsibility for selected target-group-specific executive development programs and interventions. - Consolidate qualification requirements across segments and functions and translate them into strategic portfolio recommendations. - Develop and continuously improve assigned executive development programs, learning journeys, and leadership interventions. - Apply innovative and evidence-based approaches to strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and cultural transformation. - Conduct research and benchmarking activities to identify leading practices and emerging approaches in executive development and leadership excellence. - Contribute expert input and recommendations to the evolution of quality standards and development principles. - Manage strategic qualification and development projects from concept through implementation and evaluation. - Collaborate with internal and external experts, partners, and providers to ensure high-quality program design and delivery. - Monitor, analyze, and report relevant performance indicators and success measures to evaluate effectiveness and business impact of executive development initiatives. - Prepare analyses, recommendations, and decision-support materials for management discussions and strategic reviews. - Coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders across business units, HR functions, and management levels to ensure alignment and impact of development initiatives. - Support leadership and organizational transformation initiatives through targeted executive development interventions. - Serve as a subject matter expert for designated leadership, transformation, organizational effectiveness, or future capability topics. - Design and facilitate workshops, development interventions, and learning experiences for executive target groups. Qualifications - Strong expertise in leadership development, organizational development, and executive education. - Strategic thinking and ability to translate business priorities into development solutions. - Understanding of future leadership capabilities, transformation requirements, and emerging trends, including AI-related leadership topics. - Experience in designing and managing executive development programs and learning interventions. - Strong project management skills in complex, cross-functional environments. - Research, analysis, and synthesis capability with the ability to derive actionable insights. - Stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple management levels. - Innovation mindset combined with pragmatic implementation capability. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Data-driven approach to measuring effectiveness and impact. - Experience working in international and matrix organizations. - Strong customer orientation and consulting capability. We are offering a base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of the candidate. In addition to base salary, we provide a variable part and other financial benefits.
