Staff Product Manager – Accounts & Billing
Netlify
• Lead the strategy and evolution of pricing, packaging, and monetization • Ship billing as a product including invoicing and payment processes • Steward the accounts foundation for sign-up and authentication • Build and lead pricing and packaging experimentation programs • Partner with Finance to develop sustainable pricing approaches • Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders for alignment on priorities
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Deep experience with usage-based, credit-based, subscription, or seat-based business models
- Hands-on depth with billing platforms (e.g., Orb, Stripe, Zuora)
- A track record of driving measurable business outcomes
- Comfort in ambiguity and effective decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions across various departments
- Balance analytics, customer understanding, and product judgment.
