• El Auditor de Inventario trabaja para minimizar muchas formas de riesgos para la situación financiera de la empresa. • Este puesto será responsable de identificar los riesgos actuales, si pueden prevenirse o no y cómo reducir las posibilidades de que se produzcan. • Este puesto también conlleva la realización de diversas evaluaciones, incluidos inventarios físicos completos y evaluaciones de cumplimiento normativo, tal y como exige el cumplimiento normativo. • Preparar con calidad y puntualidad los informes de inventario y cumplimiento, así como preparar informes que describen los hallazgos, explica riesgos y recomiendan cambios. • Revisar los datos financieros y la información relativa a las operaciones de la sucursal a revisar. • Identificar y analizar áreas de riesgo potencial para los activos de la sucursal. • Realizar análisis estadísticos y presenciales para identificar y categorizar el riesgo. • Ayudar a desarrollar estrategias de mitigación de riesgos e implementarlas. • Analizar los recientes cambios en la empresa, con el fin de actualizar los informes. • Toma física de inventarios de mercancía. • Revisión de joyería y calado de oro. • Revisar el correcto funcionamiento de la mercancía. • Conciliar existencias del inventario sistema vs físico. • Recabar información para aclarar diferencias. • Detectar mercancía dañada o sobreevaluada. • Arqueo de valores en bóveda y cajas de mostrador. • Revisar los procesos relacionados a las sucursales, empeño, almacén. • Comentar Actas de Revisiones con DMs de las tiendas donde la calificación sea Aprobatoria. • Registrar las actas de revisiones se hayan subido a los respaldos digitales (teams-archivos). • Detectar posible Oro Fake que se tenga en las tiendas. • Realizar cambios de estatus en sistema POS2. • Atender los casos Robos, asaltos e intrusiones registrados en las sucursales. • Cubrir guardias fines de semana para atención de urgencias de casos que surjan en las tiendas. • Registrar puntualmente los gastos de viaje. • Realizar inventarios en las tiendas de nueva apertura.

Role Description - Travel up to 75% of the time to perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts, assemblies, and/or sub-assemblies at supplier sites. - Select and utilize standard gauges to ensure quality. - Inspect feature tolerances by selecting the tool with the required accuracy. - Perform complex inspections on purchased mechanical parts, components, assemblies, and materials. - Perform documentation review and verification of certifications, specifications, and conformance to design and specification requirements. - Inspect flight hardware at the supplier according to engineering drawings, purchase order(s), industry standards, and SpaceX specifications. - Ensure that all parts meet SpaceX specifications and standards or that any non-conformance is documented at the supplier. - Support the development of inspection plans at suppliers. - Support supplier corrective action process, including verifying corrective action implementation. - Provide support to both internal and external stakeholders on SpaceX requirements and inspection processes. - Collaborate with teams, lead projects, and drive continuous improvement of processes both internally and at our suppliers. - Program and set up Articulating Arm (ex. Romer), CMMs to achieve the desired inspections. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalency certificate. - 3+ years of precision mechanical inspection experience. - 3+ years of CMM programming, CMM operations, or Faro Arm experience. Requirements - Aerospace precision inspection experience. - Practical experience working within quality management systems (AS9100 and ISO 9001). - CMM Programming with PC-DMIS software. - Romer Arm experience with Verisurf software. - Basic understanding of electronics inspection and propulsion valve operation. - Solid computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. - Statistical process control experience. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications using ASME Y14.5, GD&T, and skillful use of metrology tools and gauges. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing priorities and tasks as delegated.
