vCluster Labs
• Act as the first dedicated technical marketer, owning the transition from reactive technical content to a scalable, world-class technical marketing engine. • Develop high-impact technical assets including architecture guides, white papers, solution briefs, deep-dive blogs, competitive positioning materials, and technical FAQs. • Create and maintain demo environments that support marketing campaigns, field enablement, events, and webinars. • Partner with Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers to identify technical friction points, competitive threats, and deal blockers. • Represent vCluster in webinars, technical events, and community forums, providing direct market feedback and influencing positioning.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Product Management within the cloud-native ecosystem.
- Deeply K8s-native, with hands-on experience across multi-tenancy, cluster architecture, networking, RBAC, security, GitOps workflows, platform engineering practices, and Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
- Proven ability to distill complex distributed systems and multi-tenant Kubernetes concepts into compelling technical narratives.
- Experience with GPU slicing, NVIDIA integrations, or infrastructure requirements for large-scale AI/ML workloads (bonus points).
- A background in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture, with a deep understanding of what it takes to win a POC (bonus points).
