Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Coach & Change Management Leader to play a critical role in a large-scale Agile Transformation across our Global Technology Operations (GTO) organization. This role is intentionally split approximately 50/50 between Agile Coaching and Change Management leadership. While our teams currently leverage Asana and Jira as delivery and work management tools, this role requires a tool-agnostic approach, ensuring agile principles, behaviors, and outcomes are prioritized over tool mechanics. You'll report to Sr. Principal, Technical Project Manager. This individual will coach teams and leaders on how to work effectively in an agile way and lead the people, communication, and organizational change required to successfully adopt new ways of working. The agile transformation is extensive and enterprise-wide; success depends as much on strong change leadership as on agile expertise. During a Typical Day, You’ll: - Coach delivery teams, leaders, and stakeholders on agile principles, practices, and mindsets, independent of specific tooling. - Drive the adoption of a new agile framework across GTO teams, tailoring approaches based on team maturity and business needs. - Guide teams through agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring intent and outcomes are prioritized over process or tool compliance. - Support Product Owners and team leads with backlog prioritization, decomposition, and value-based delivery. - Partner with teams using Asana and Jira, helping them apply agile concepts effectively without becoming tool-dependent. - Establish and track agile KPIs and maturity indicators (e.g., flow, predictability, cycle time), regardless of tooling implementation. - Identify opportunities to improve delivery speed, quality, and cross-team collaboration. - Apply Agile and Lean principles to continuously improve team performance and delivery outcomes. - Act as a servant leader, fostering psychological safety, autonomy, and accountability. Qualifications - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification. - Proven experience coaching agile teams in a technology or enterprise environment. - Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational change, ideally in parallel with agile or operating model transformations. - Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to influence without authority across teams, functions, and leadership levels. - Pragmatic, tool-agnostic mindset focused on outcomes, behaviors, and adoption. Benefits - Supportive of your career and professional development. - An inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouraged. - A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values. - Ask us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits. - A great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement).
