Role Description This is a remote position. We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys spinning multiple plates at once without dropping standards, communication, or attention to detail. This is not a quiet admin role. This is for someone who can operate alongside senior management, anticipate problems before they happen, protect time fiercely, handle pressure professionally, and become a highly trusted right hand within a growing business. This is a fully remote / virtual position supporting senior leadership across multiple areas of the business. You will be expected to manage priorities efficiently, communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders, and keep operations moving at speed. No two days will look the same.
