We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and reliable Executive Assistant to support our mission and company values. Location: Remote. Ability to travel. Relocation to Washington, D.C. (optional). Duties & Responsibilities - Handle general administrative and logistical tasks as needed. - Conserve the executive's time by researching, collecting, analyzing, and sharing information. - Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents. - Write and/or edit business documents. - Manage the schedule and communications of key executives. - Manage time-sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
