• Schedule Development & Maintenance: Assist in developing and maintaining detailed schedules in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and Primavera P6 across all project phases (design, procurement, construction, commissioning). • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Update schedules using weekly progress reports, field updates, procurement status, and approved change events. • Coordination, Governance & Compliance: Participate in schedule review meetings and working sessions; capture action items and follow up on schedule-related requests.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of project scheduling experience preferred; experience supporting EPC, construction, or mission-critical projects is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Working proficiency with Primavera P6; experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office Suite; familiarity with CPM scheduling concepts.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE PSP (or progress toward certification).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
