Associate Conversion Data Analyst
Full Scale
• Extract, review, and analyze data from spreadsheets, CSV files, reports, and legacy databases • Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data quality issues across multiple files • Create data maps and transformation instructions based on required destination formats • Validate source data and recommend how it should be cleaned, structured, or interpreted • Test mapped and transformed data outputs for completeness and accuracy • Document findings, mapping logic, and process notes clearly for internal teams • Work closely with project managers and engineers to support successful data conversion projects • Help improve documentation, templates, and internal conversion processes
Job Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, filters, cross-sheet analysis)
- Ability to work with large, messy, and inconsistent datasets
- Strong pattern recognition and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with relational databases and working knowledge of SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate data findings into clear, logical documentation for internal teams
- Curious, analytical mindset with ability to investigate data issues deeply
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in data conversion, data mapping, migration support, QA, or similar roles
- Experience with CSV files, import templates, and data validation
- Exposure to legacy systems or database exports
- Experience supporting technical implementation teams
- Familiarity with AI tools that improve day-to-day productivity
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Fresh graduates may be considered if they have strong relevant coursework, internship experience, or project work involving:
- Excel-heavy analysis
- SQL or relational databases
- Data cleanup or validation
- Data mapping or structured documentation

Role Description The Senior Compensation Systems & Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, accuracy, and operational effectiveness of the organization's compensation systems, job architecture data, market pricing infrastructure, and related analytics. This role combines compensation operations, systems administration, data governance, reporting, and analytical support to enable informed decision-making across the employee lifecycle. Working across compensation, human resources, business leaders, and other internal partners, this position maintains critical compensation data and tools, supports recurring audit and survey processes, develops dashboards and reports, and provides analytical insights that improve data quality, strengthen governance, and support strategic decision-making. This role also helps create scalability and operational consistency within the Compensation function. Essential Functions - Administers and maintains compensation-related systems, workflows, access, and supporting processes. - Supports administration of market pricing platforms, including survey loads, pricing updates, survey matching, and pricing file maintenance. - Performs audits, reconciliations, and validation of compensation, job, and employee data across multiple systems and reports. - Maintains key job architecture attributes, including but not limited to job codes, SOC codes, FLSA status, job family, sub-category, geographic differentials, and eligibility indicators. - Identifies data quality issues, researches root causes, recommends corrective action, and supports long-term improvements in data governance. - Develops, maintains, and refreshes recurring compensation reports, dashboards, lookup tools, and data models. - Translates complex data into clear, practical recommendations for a range of audiences. - Provides deep-dive analyses and actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. - Provides analytical support across compensation and broader people-related topics such as hiring, retention, engagement, and internal mobility. - Documents processes, supports standardization, and contributes to operational efficiency and audit readiness. - Develops materials and deliverables for business owners to aid in understanding and execution of compensation processes.
