Role Description This is a remote position. Open to Philippine-based candidates only. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to own and scale core data infrastructure across our data warehouse, business intelligence, and operational systems. You will build reliable data pipelines, manage secure access to critical platforms, and ensure data is accessible, accurate, and ready for reporting. This role works closely with technical and business stakeholders to connect data sources, improve performance, and support data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Own and improve the reporting and semantic layer in DOMO. - Integrate data from Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL Server, and other external sources into DOMO. - Build and optimize DOMO data flows, datasets, and reporting pipelines. - Administer and maintain Snowflake environments, including provisioning, RBAC, security controls, and access management. - Design and operate scalable Snowflake ingestion and transformation pipelines using Streams and Dynamic Tables. - Manage BigQuery integrations, access controls, and connectivity with DOMO. - Design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL Server queries and database workflows. - Use advanced SQL techniques, including window functions, to support data transformation and analysis. - Build and maintain orchestration pipelines using Airflow, Dagster, or similar tools. - Develop and maintain dbt models, testing, documentation, and transformation workflows. - Monitor data quality, pipeline performance, and reliability across the end-to-end data lifecycle. - Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver dependable solutions. Qualifications - At least 7 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or a related role. - Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake administration, architecture, security, and RBAC. - Strong experience with DOMO, including data integrations, data flows, datasets, and reporting support. - Strong experience with Google BigQuery and GCP access management. - Advanced SQL and SQL Server experience, including complex query optimization and window functions. - Experience designing and maintaining scalable ETL or ELT pipelines. - Experience with dbt and at least one orchestration platform such as Airflow or Dagster. - Experience managing data access, governance, and security controls. - Ability to work independently and own data infrastructure from database administration through BI delivery. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. • Create, review, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and user stories. • Develop, maintain, and run automated test scripts for web applications. • Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and UAT testing. • Test APIs using tools such as Postman or similar tools. • Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. • Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues. • Support release testing and provide clear test reports. • Help improve test processes, test coverage, and automation practices. • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Review requirements and specifications to understand the scope and objectives of testing. • Create, maintain, and execute clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans. • Identify, document, and track defects, and communicate issues clearly to developers and stakeholders. • Perform regression, functional, smoke, UAT, cross-browser, and boundary testing as needed. • Validate APIs using tools like Postman, verifying status codes and response bodies. • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and ensure timely resolution. • Track testing progress and results using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. • Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Extract, review, and analyze data from spreadsheets, CSV files, reports, and legacy databases • Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data quality issues across multiple files • Create data maps and transformation instructions based on required destination formats • Validate source data and recommend how it should be cleaned, structured, or interpreted • Test mapped and transformed data outputs for completeness and accuracy • Document findings, mapping logic, and process notes clearly for internal teams • Work closely with project managers and engineers to support successful data conversion projects • Help improve documentation, templates, and internal conversion processes

• Lead V&V (Verification and Validation) planning, test execution, and continuous improvement across the platform • Build risk-based test strategies across functional, regression, integration, API, UI, performance, security, reliability, and data integrity testing • Write, review, and run tests while guiding the team on day-to-day execution • Improve automated regression coverage using practical and maintainable automation • Own requirements-to-test traceability, defect triage, release readiness, and V&V reporting • Partner with engineering, product, security, regulatory, and compliance teams to identify risks early and support high-quality releases • Manage team priorities, remove blockers, and help build a scalable quality engineering function

• Help strengthen the security of our software delivery lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, and production environment • Work closely with engineering, IT, product, quality, and compliance teams to improve CI/CD security, software supply chain security, Azure and AKS security posture, infrastructure security baselines, vulnerability management, privileged access controls, and technical audit readiness.

Role Description We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a growing engineering team building secure, scalable, and reliable cloud software in a regulated environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving software quality through a balanced approach to automation and exploratory testing. You will help ensure new features are thoroughly tested, critical workflows remain stable, and releases go out with confidence. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and fellow engineers to strengthen test coverage, surface issues early, and improve the overall quality of the product and release process. • Provide L2/L3 support for incoming requests across Salesforce, Workday, and other supported platforms • Respond to general user inquiries and help explain how systems are configured and why they behave the way they do • Handle light feature and configuration updates, including changes to fields, picklists, objects, and related platform settings • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues and bugs, including integration problems and failed scheduled jobs • Triage and prioritize support tickets, owning issues through to resolution with clear and timely communication • Escalate issues to administrators or engineering teams when deeper technical work is needed, and help ensure follow-through to closure • Document recurring issues, solutions, and support processes to strengthen internal knowledge sharing and reduce repeat tickets

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming support requests, triaging and resolving issues or escalating when needed • Support customer-facing product issues by reproducing reported problems, documenting them clearly, and resolving or handing them off to engineering • Work on straightforward bug fixes under guidance and close the loop with the people who reported them • Provide internal IT support for employee accounts, access and permissions, hardware, software, and connectivity • Track tickets through resolution and keep status updates, notes, and ownership accurate and up to date • Write and maintain simple help documentation and internal knowledge base articles for recurring issues • Partner with support engineers and developers to identify patterns and reduce repeat tickets
