Role Description This is a remote position. - Over 5+ years HFM/EPM FCCS experience in the areas of administration, design, analysis, development, and support of applications in various domains and products related to FCCS. - At least 5 years’ experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management. - At least 5 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users. - Implemented projects with Oracle FCCS (Financial Cloud and Consolidation Service) and developed artifacts starting from Metadata creation/updates, setting up Ownership module, catering to Intercompany eliminations in FCCS, designing web forms and data grids, creating validation accounts, and data locking. - Complete project lifecycle experience in Financial Consolidation Projects. - Hands-on experience with FCCS. - Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms, and financial reports based on client requirements. - Ability to articulate the consolidation process in FCCS. - Familiar with Intercompany Transactions and Currency Translations. - Good experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata Load, and Data Load. - Experience with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and/or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) is a plus. - Ability to work independently to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues prior to their occurrence. - Strong skills across MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office, and other collaboration and unified communication tools. - Open to adopting new technologies. - Having Cloud Certification is an added advantage - Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close 2024/2025 Implementation Essentials (1Z0-1081-24/25). Qualifications - Over 5+ years HFM/EPM FCCS experience. - At least 5 years’ experience with HFM, FCCS, and/or Financial Data Quality Management. - Experience in analyzing requirements and writing functional specifications. - Hands-on experience with FCCS. Role Description UNICEF is providing technical support to the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family Affairs (MoSCFA), through the Reform and Investment Task Force of the European Commission - (SG REFORM) and is implementing a Technical Support Instrument (TSI) project "Modernizing Child Protection in Greece". Qualifications - Master’s degree in Social Policy, Child Rights, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration or other related field. Requirements - Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in child rights, child protection, social policy, or public sector reform. - Demonstrated experience conducting policy reviews, research and stakeholder consultations. - Experience supporting development of national action plans, strategies or public policy reforms. - Previous experience working with government institutions, international organizations, or UN agencies. - Experience in drafting analytical reports and policy recommendations. - Fluency in Greek (written and spoken). - Excellent command of English (written and spoken). - Strong understanding of child rights frameworks and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. - Knowledge of the Greek child protection and social welfare system. - Excellent analytical, writing, and facilitation skills. - Experience in qualitative research and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to synthesize complex information and formulate policy recommendations.
