Job Requirements
- Proven track record as a CMO, VP, or Head of Marketing scaling high-growth, multi-market platforms (marketplaces, SaaS-enabled networks, ticketing, entertainment, or local discovery hybrids).
- Deep affinity for or experience in nightlife, music, festivals, or entertainment.
- Rare ability to balance high-level creative judgment with aggressive growth discipline.
- Complete comfort owning a complex P&L, forecasting budgets, and mapping marketing outcomes directly to top-line business growth and GMV contribution.
- Proven experience building, coaching, and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Additional European languages are a strong asset.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for global marketing strategy, brand architecture, go-to-market direction, and organizational design. You will own the marketing vision, ecosystem positioning, and full marketing P&L, alongside the operating cadence, team leadership, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations. If you know how to scale a hyper-growth marketplace without losing its cultural soul—uniting high-concept Brand equity with aggressive Growth, Product Marketing, and B2B Partnerships—this is your call.
