• Lead Cinereach’s strategic direction and growth agenda • Drive and refine strategic direction based on cultural intelligence tools • Own a growth agenda that translates into measurable new revenue • Lead partnerships and co-created ventures • Ensure messaging, positioning, audience strategy, and marketing funnels support mission and growth • Build relationships with key constituencies and community engagement strategies • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years in senior strategic and/or leadership roles
  • Demonstrated track record of driving growth and new revenue
  • Experience in strategic communications, brand strategy, audience development, or marketing
  • Leading organizational transformation, long-range strategy, or growth initiatives in dynamic environments
  • Deep understanding of media and technology ecosystems
  • Fluency across both commercial and mission-driven contexts
  • Experience leading teams and influencing at the executive level
  • Comfort operating in a remote, distributed environment
