Job Description

Treasury Management Trainer

Park National Bank

• Design and develop training programs for Treasury Management products, services, systems, and processes, including curriculum, job aids, and supporting materials • Deliver engaging training sessions through instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats to support onboarding and ongoing associate development • Assess training needs by partnering with TM leadership, sales and relationship, support and operations, and product teams to identify knowledge gaps and performance improvement opportunities • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making enhancements to continuously improve learning outcomes • Maintain and update training content to reflect changes in products, systems, regulatory requirements, and business processes • Support new product launches and system implementations by developing and delivering targeted training programs and resources • Serve as a subject matter resource on Treasury Management products and processes, providing guidance and support to associates as needed • Promote knowledge retention and application through reinforcement strategies such as follow-up sessions, coaching, and reference materials • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Compliance, and Risk, to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives • Leverage learning technologies and tools to enhance delivery, track participation, and measure training effectiveness • Ensure training aligns with regulatory and compliance standards, reinforcing risk awareness and adherence to internal policies • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 Years Experience in banking, learning & development, or education
  • At a minimum employees must obtain a High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s Degree in education, communication, business-related field, or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Preferred License/Certification Certification in Instructional Design or Curriculum development, preferred.

• Accountable to obtain prior authorization for medications. • Complete benefit investigation to determine coverage for prescribed treatment and act as a liaison for all medication prior authorization matters to insurance companies, departments, and patients. • Act as subject matter expert for patient medication assistance foundations, free drug and drug replacement programs for uninsured, under-insured, indigent population. • Completes prior authorization and documents referrals for all medications reviewed using appropriate third-party payer criteria. • Conducts research and follow-up activities within established timeframes. • Communicates with care team to provide details on authorization status. • Maintains knowledge of all available patient assistance programs and eligibility requirements. • Identifies available appropriate medication assistance programs upon discussing with patient the affordability of the prescribed treatment. • Ensures accurate completion necessary signatures of appropriate paperwork for enrollment in assistance program(s). • Tracks fund award end dates and exhaustion, re-apply as necessary to avoid lapse in therapies. • Educate providers and patients on specialty services and how this improves overall patient care. • Grow the specialty pharmacy’s patient population. • Floats from areas of low workload to areas of heavy workload as needed to provide optional patient services. • Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
