Site Superintendent
Elements Hospitality
• Lead on-site operations for high-impact hospitality renovation projects. • Manage teams and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and safety. • Serve as the on-site liaison with clients. • Assist Project Manager with subcontractor and vendor scope of work, and cost verification of change orders. • Responsible for the on-site supervision from mobilization through the final punch list and de-mobilization. • Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules; communicate to vested parties. • Review and confirm submittals and shop drawings. • Manage manpower crews on-site. • Responsible for field management of subcontractors and local jurisdictions. • Monitor work quality standards and perform on-site inspections. • Maintain daily logs of job actions and resolve onsite conflicts. • Set an example in keeping job site clean and organized.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Has participated in Elements leadership programs and assessments.
- 5+ years’ experience in project supervision and diversified commercial construction knowledge.
- Competency and solid experience in reading building plans.
- Experience implementing process strategies.
- Understands and reflects Elements MIGs (Partnerships, Culture, Risk Management, Deliverables) and company culture.
- Self-management and drive are key to success in this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, MS Project, and Paylocity.
- Ability to work closely and cooperatively with others.
- Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- Proficient and effective communicator with high attention to detail.
