• Plan and organise plant, labour, and materials for the project, particularly ensuring the efficient design and implementation of formwork systems. • Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets safety and quality standards, with a focus on the integrity and performance of formwork systems during concrete pours. • Maintain a strong understanding of OH&S regulations and ensure compliance on-site, especially concerning formwork structures and safety protocols. • Keep detailed daily records of site activities and progress. • Interpret plans and technical drawings with a particular focus on formwork design specifications to ensure accurate implementation during construction. • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. • Manage quality control processes and ensure that all work meets specifications. • Assist in coordinating multiple teams across different projects as needed. • Act as a proactive problem solver with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in FRP projects, with significant expertise in formwork design and systems.
- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
- Strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks, with hands-on experience in managing and overseeing formwork installation and operations.
- Proficient in implementing quality control measures.
- Ability to plan, manage, and prioritise daily tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

• Partner with other members of Modaxo’s M&A practice to identify, evaluate, and execute transactions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other transactions across all lines of business. • Conduct all transaction-related financial modeling and valuation analysis. • Coordinate internal teams to perform all confirmatory due diligence work. • Act as the primary point of contact for the target company throughout the transaction close process. • Work closely with third-party advisors and internal stakeholders across various business groups by being the “quarterback” on transactions. • Evaluate all new transaction opportunities, prepare investment briefing memos, and present quality acquisition candidates to Modaxo’s investment committee to facilitate decision making processes. • Proactively engage business owners to gauge interest in a prospective transaction. • Actively manage pipeline of acquisition targets to ensure consistent deal flow and align on priorities.

• Define and lead the end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy aligned to transformation objectives and business outcomes • Operate independently to assess change needs, identify risks, and recommend clear, actionable solutions without requiring detailed direction • Partner with transformation leads, business sponsors, and technology teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and sustained adoption • Ask thoughtful, probing questions to uncover root causes, challenge assumptions, and shape more effective change strategies • Translate complex, ambiguous information into clear narratives, stakeholder messaging, and actionable plans • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments and convert insights into targeted change interventions • Design and execute integrated OCM plans including communications, engagement, training, and resistance management • Drive adoption through structured engagement approaches, including leadership alignment, sponsor activation, and change champion networks • Establish and apply scalable OCM frameworks, tools, and templates to ensure consistency across initiatives • Monitor adoption, sentiment, and risk indicators; adjust strategies based on data and stakeholder feedback • Embed OCM into program governance and proactively manage risks that could impact adoption
• Responsible for maintaining and improving existing provider relationships through communication, support, analysis, problem solving, and education • Works directly with providers to ensure they are educated on all policies and procedures in a professional manner • Collaborates with stakeholders to meet existing and newly identified needs • Maintains a comprehensive provider contact database • Builds relationships with Clinical Centers of Excellence for support • Assists with incoming inquiries and addresses provider grievances • Supports the secure exchange and management of provider enrollment documentation • Assists with ensuring providers are compliant with program requirements • Provides education and guidance to providers on required metrics and programs • Takes ownership of provider’s recruitment, enrollment, and participation experience • Ensures provider records are updated timely and accurately
