Teaching Assistant

• Online classroom management including some or all the following (at the discretion of the teacher) • Prior to the start of class, support the Lead Teacher’s upload of PowerPoint with learning objectives and any corresponding materials for the live lesson • Take Attendance • Set due dates and deadlines for assignments • Document changes for NCAA courses • Complete the Exit Slip recording form • Support the Lead Teacher with grading • Provide class coverage when the Lead Teacher is absent • Provide student support during class time as needed • At request of the teacher send correspondence to student and/or homeschool instructor as needed related to lack of participation / absence from class or lack of assignment completion • Obtain feedback from all Live Online class participants via surveys, email, and telephone communications • Facilitate complaint resolutions • Ensure timely, effective communication with families, charter partners, homeschool teachers, and other stakeholders under Team Lead and Learning Ops supervision • Respond promptly to support tickets, and inquiries from parents, advisors, sales team, and instructors • Course Delivery • Record Live Online sessions (check that it has been done) • Assist with utilizing online tools to the fullest potential • Conduct appropriate student management during Live Online class sessions • Assist with Live Online class lesson delivery, incorporating Bridgeway Academy standards and best practices in online instruction and learning. • Supervise breakout rooms and answer questions in chat • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma minimum; some college preferred
- Experience and skill working with Zoom similar online meeting platform
- Competency with some or all Microsoft Suite products: PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to effectively utilize Learning Management Systems (preferably Moodle experience) and learn LOC’s Edovate LMS
- Experience using tech learning tools preferred such as Classkick, Nearpod, Kahoot!, Blooket, Gimkit, Quizziz, Padlet (preferred)
- Ability to multitask on either split screens or dual monitors
- Strong independent work habits & problem-solving skills
- Dedication to customer service & program support

Role Description EBI is seeking a full-time Archaeologist responsible for completing file reviews/background research, conducting field surveys and fieldwork, authoring reports, and completing Federal Communications Commission Forms 620 and 621, as needed. The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability to write technical reports at all levels of complexity. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. • This role will assist an Apex client with occupational safety & health. • The incumbent will be involved in preventing workplace injury and risk by completing checklist-based health and safety audits of building plans, buildings under construction and retrofitted buildings. • The role will routinely involve a blend of on-site health and safety auditing and remote desktop work. • The incumbent will interface with client stakeholders, construction teams, developers, engineers, and building occupants to ensure the client gets a safe operational facility. • Providing health and safety compliance auditing to the client. • In collaboration with Apex project managers, coordinates and executes safety projects within set organizational procedures and standards. • Provides input to project managers, client relationship managers, or business development staff on status of the project.
