Role Description EBI is seeking a full-time Archaeologist responsible for completing file reviews/background research, conducting field surveys and fieldwork, authoring reports, and completing Federal Communications Commission Forms 620 and 621, as needed. The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability to write technical reports at all levels of complexity. This position may be trained to complete Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and NEPA tasks. The position reports directly to the Technical Director and will be a fully remote, work from home position, with routine short-term travel required for fieldwork. Candidates must have previous experience with travel and be comfortable with this model to be considered. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Completing Class I Surveys—background research for proposed projects including: map, aerial, and literature reviews and reviewing SHPO databases for known archaeological sites and surveys - Conducting Class III Surveys/Phase 1A & Phase 1B surveys—visiting the proposed Project Site and conducting a pedestrian survey and/or systematic subsurface testing - Recording archaeological sites, and completing relevant site forms and determinations of eligibility - Archaeological Monitoring of construction - Authoring technical reports, including Class III reports and desk-based analyses - Conducting Peer Review of technical reports prior to final delivery to the Client Qualifications - Master’s Degree in Anthropology or Archaeology required - Must meet the state Principal Investigator requirements and/or have a minimum of two years’ full-time experience in the region in research, writing, teaching, interpretation, or other demonstrable professional activity with an academic institution, historic organization or agency, museum, or other professional institution - Register of Professional Archaeologists preferred - Must be Secretary of the Interior Qualified by meeting the archaeological qualifications described in the Secretary of Interior’s Professional Guidelines (Federal Register 48:190:44738-44739) (United States Department of the Interior 1983) Application Disclaimer At EBI, we cultivate a welcoming and collaborative culture. Salary and Benefits The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget. • This role will assist an Apex client with occupational safety & health. • The incumbent will be involved in preventing workplace injury and risk by completing checklist-based health and safety audits of building plans, buildings under construction and retrofitted buildings. • The role will routinely involve a blend of on-site health and safety auditing and remote desktop work. • The incumbent will interface with client stakeholders, construction teams, developers, engineers, and building occupants to ensure the client gets a safe operational facility. • Providing health and safety compliance auditing to the client. • In collaboration with Apex project managers, coordinates and executes safety projects within set organizational procedures and standards. • Provides input to project managers, client relationship managers, or business development staff on status of the project.

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with ADRM standards and project requirements • Produce detailed design documentation including drawings, countermeasure layouts, cabling and conduit schedules, device typicals, risers, and related specifications • Assist with model coordination by identifying clashes and supporting coordination reviews using Navisworks Manage • Update and manage project models to reflect design revisions, coordination outcomes, and project milestones • Follow established ADRM BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure model consistency and quality • Coordinate with internal design teams and project stakeholders to support timely and accurate project deliverables • Support model audits and quality checks under the direction of the BIM Manager or Project Lead • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and assist with improving modeling practices and documentation efficiency

• Primary point of contact with the cross-functional execution teams for developing and managing logistics plans for various projects. • Ensure adherence to Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) logistics processes as defined within Gas Power projects, supporting on-time delivery to end customers. • Create project logistics budgets and develop transport plans to support ITO, OTR and day-to-day routing and planning activities. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure planning and execution of logistics that supports on-time delivery and optimize logistics costs • Monitor and ensure compliance of supporting Logistics Coordinators with customer requirements and contract deliverables • Build strong relationship with internal partners, and key account contacts to understand repairs outage needs and keep the repairs logistics operational team KPIs on target • Provide Day-to-Day oversight (Daily Management, Morning Start up and EOD report out) to leadership with regards to projects within scope • Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve on-time deliveries, manage logistical costs to meet budgetary and operational plan. • Take ownership of key logistics metrics and lead additional operational activities, as needed • Supervise day-to-day logistics operations of Steam GE Gas Repairs shipments via OTM. • Making sure 4PL compliance with sourcing strategy and logistics group directions. • Working with all parties to use OTM as a mandatory tool for all repairs logistics transactions. • Work with OTM teams on system development and improvement in accordance with logistics leadership direction and actual business needs. • Improve and develop OTM • Comply with established financial guidelines and provide for the timely execution of all transactions. • Supervise post shipment inquiries and claims. • Supervise and improve data accuracy of logistics tracking system.
