• Responsible for delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to a wide range of clients in diverse industry verticals. • Liaising between the client and the team to understand and deliver services to meet clients’ business goals. • Proactively resolve client queries or complaints; or report these to management and work together on developing strategies for improvement. • Participate (as required) in project status meetings, stand-ups, and other client meetings. • Communicate any identified project risks to the Project Manager. • Promptly communicate to the Project Manager any issues that need to be formally communicated to the client. • Contribute to backlog refinement, including backlog estimation of story points and effort, peer review of estimations, development of Epics, Features and User Stories. • Identify appropriate solutions to meet customer needs either independently or in collaboration with the Solution Architect. • Actively resolve and manage assigned service desk tickets.

• Work across industry sectors with a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to help clients improve operational capabilities • Contribute to the delivery of client engagements to develop safety leadership and culture, reduce operational risks, and enhance systems and capabilities for safety and risk management • Deliver assessments, design and deliver training and coaching programs, and develop operational risk management systems • Facilitate workshops, deliver coaching, provide technical advice to clients and develop risk and safety systems • Manage projects to ensure effective execution, including project planning, governance, and risk management

• Strategically guide clients through the software implementation process • Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training • Provide timely, outstanding post-implementation service and support • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the client • Produce professional documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients and prospective clients; create Statements of Work (SOW) • Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, UAT testing • As the Subject Matter Expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and client implementation team • May contribute to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assisting with proposal development, and delivering presentations • Deliver insightful and engaging training sessions via phone, web, or in-person • Provide prompt and courteous client service and support
