• Work across industry sectors with a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to help clients improve operational capabilities • Contribute to the delivery of client engagements to develop safety leadership and culture, reduce operational risks, and enhance systems and capabilities for safety and risk management • Deliver assessments, design and deliver training and coaching programs, and develop operational risk management systems • Facilitate workshops, deliver coaching, provide technical advice to clients and develop risk and safety systems • Manage projects to ensure effective execution, including project planning, governance, and risk management

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prior exposure to consulting and/or industrial operations environment
  • A graduate from a top-tier university with a degree in a business-related major or engineering
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team working attitude
  • High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work on client sites as required
