Role Description Based in our Manila office (or remote in PHT), you will be working in a global automation and operations team, focusing on building, deploying, and managing mission-critical infrastructure. Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure services supporting 30+ development teams. - Develop and manage infrastructure as code using GitOps principles. - Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security. - Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response within the team. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across infrastructure, networks, and applications. - Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions. - Set a strong technical example through code reviews, architecture discussions, and hands-on delivery. Qualifications - 3+ years of demonstrable experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles. - Solid experience in maintaining large-scale, business-critical cloud production environments (AWS preferred). - Experience with infrastructure automation (Chef, Terraform, etc.). - Deep hands-on experience on managing and scaling containers like Docker and Kubernetes. - Proven track record of designing secure and efficient CI/CD (like GitHub actions). - Proficiency as a developer (Python, Ruby, and Go Lang). - Strong passion for automation. Requirements - Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), RabbitMQ, NoSQL or similar applications. - Comfortable working in distributed and global teams. - Comfortable participating in a periodic on-call rotation to support critical production systems. - Ubuntu operating system expertise. - Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Architect and engineer scalable, cloud-native SIEM solutions, utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code principles to manage log ingestion pipelines and storage. • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest, transform, and normalize security logs from diverse endpoints (APIs, cloud platforms, firewalls) into the SIEM, ensuring high data fidelity and low latency. • Write and optimize custom parsers using Regex and scripting languages to map raw log data to standardized security models, ensuring consistent data structures for analysis. • Program custom integrations connecting third-party tools and streaming data sources to the SIEM via REST APIs and webhooks. • Collaborate with DevOps and Application teams to define logging standards and embed security telemetry requirements early in the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Manage the full lifecycle of the SIEM platform, including health monitoring, troubleshooting ingestion failures, and debugging parsing errors to ensure 24/7 availability. • Proactively analyze ingestion volume against capacity limits to identify optimization opportunities, implementing granular log tuning and exclusion rules that minimize licensing costs and maximize the signal-to-noise ratio • Engineer automated provisioning workflows using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to programmatically manage both the underlying infrastructure and complex IAM policies supporting the security platforms.
