Senior IT Change Management Specialist – English C1

• Liderar y facilitar el CAB diario (Change Advisory Board): revisar, evaluar, programar y autorizar los cambios y pruebas de alto impacto. • Coordinar despliegues multisistema: trabajar mano a mano con equipos de infraestructura, desarrollo y sistemas distribuidos en entornos híbridos (JAVA, AWS Cloud, Mainframe, WebSphere, etc.). • Gestión de riesgos: verificar y validar los planes de ejecución, rollback (vuelta atrás) y contingencia para cambios críticos. • Gobernanza de datos: supervisar la ingesta y el control de datos desde entornos PRO y MIG, garantizando el enmascaramiento y la confidencialidad. • Gestión de Stakeholders: actuar como puente de comunicación clave entre equipos técnicos internos, proveedores y responsables del programa.

Job Requirements

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia demostrable como IT Change Analyst, Release Manager o en roles de gobernanza de operaciones IT.
  • Nivel de Inglés C1 (Fluido/Advanced).
  • Sólida experiencia trabajando bajo el marco ITIL (Gestión de Cambios, Incidentes y Problemas).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar intervenciones puntuales o guardias fuera del horario habitual de 9:00 a 18:00 (hora española).
