IT Service Desk Specialist
Turbo Wholesale Tires LLC
• Ensure all office IT-related issues are identified and resolved • Troubleshoot and resolve support issues on PC/Mac and iOS devices, including desktop applications • Perform thorough analysis and follow-up actions on incidents • Proactively monitor and maintain the office IT infrastructure • Create and maintain support and How-To articles for teammates and customers • Track and keep all IT assets (hardware and software) up to date • Support customers remotely and in person • Ensure all assigned tickets are worked on, updated, and resolved • Coordinate with field engineers to visit customers or employees when issues require on-site intervention
Job Requirements
- Completed professional training or equivalent qualification in an IT-related field
- Team player with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently
- Previous experience in IT Service Desk or IT operations
- Preferably knowledgeable in TCP/IP networking and routing, and in end-user desktop support and setup
- Strong communication skills, including creating user-facing and technical documentation
- Fluent in English and German
