Job Requirements
- Overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation and operations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
- Plan and execute voyages efficiently
- Supervise cargo operations (loading, stowage, securing, discharge)
- Lead crew, enforce safety procedures, and conduct drills
- Handle emergencies and maintain all documentation & reporting
- Experience in Heavy Lift and breakbulk cargo handling is mandatory.
- Holder of a valid COC (STWC Reg II/2) with verification.
- Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.
- Experience with a multi-cultural working environment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in the written and spoken English language.
- Safety culture and mindset.
