An overview of this role As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll help expand GitLab's presence across France by building trusted relationships with senior leaders at large organizations within Media & Retail organisations and guiding them through complex platform decisions. This role is focusing on new logos and some existing business. You'll use a consultative sales approach to connect customer business needs with our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, helping teams improve developer productivity, reduce security and compliance risk, and move software delivery forward with more confidence. Role Description The Premier Account Executive, NAM is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving new logo and expansion revenue across Omilia's Premier accounts in North America. The role owns the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to commercial close — targeting large, high-value enterprise organisations deploying contact centre AI and conversational automation. Success is measured by new logo ARR, pipeline coverage, win rate, and the quality of strategic relationships built across the North American Premier account base.
