• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on tactical radio systems, providing technical guidance, maintenance support, and operational recommendations to government customers. • Conduct on-site, virtual, and telephonic training and troubleshooting sessions for DoD and government agency users. • Support the fielding, installation, and testing of high-frequency (HF) communications infrastructure, including transit case and rack-mounted systems. • Assist customers in developing and revising communications mission plans using advanced planning tools. • Provide purchasing guidance and technical recommendations on communications systems, ancillary components, and supporting technologies. • Collaborate with systems engineers on waveform testing, codification, and fielding for new and emerging operational requirements.

• Identify and qualify new donor prospects, generally with $25k–$1M annual giving capacity • Build and manage a robust pipeline of 100+ individual prospects and investors. • Develop relationships with an individual donor archetype of donors with private sector experience (i.e., entrepreneurs, C-Suite leaders, healthcare executives) • Develop partnerships with institutional foundations, especially those prioritizing federal advocacy, improving healthcare delivery, advancing health equity, protecting youth and students, and integrating artificial intelligence into care delivery. • Personally lead investor meetings, cultivate relationships, and secure gifts from individuals focused on improving mental health outcomes in the United States. • Strategize to customize pitches, framing, and messaging based on the needs of the National Council’s program teams and the interests of potential investors. • Design and deliver compelling pitches using the National Council’s core collateral and investor-facing messaging • Drive fundraising strategy for high-capacity donors and institutional funders, including tailored cultivation journeys, identification of emerging funding opportunities, and refinement of investor-facing messaging and positioning. • Represent the National Council at events and conferences — both within the mental health field and in settings where target donor prospects naturally gather. • Travel to meet donors in person — especially in geographies with significant numbers of UHNIs (e.g., New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Bay Area, Boston, Seattle, D.C, etc). Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time is required.

You will translate user needs into rigorous, data-backed tactical proposals and high-level strategic roadmaps that drive growth across the holding. • AI-First Execution: You are an AI-native strategist using Claude, Antigravity, and frontier services as your primary engine for scale. We expect expert-level prompting to automate research, data synthesis, and content generation. You will compress weeks of work into hours, ensuring the Founder’s office operates at an exponential pace. • The "Translator" Role: Acting as the bridge between the Founder and the product/technical teams. You will check feasibility, align roadmaps, and ensure strategic intent isn't lost in execution. • High-Stakes Communication: Preparing C-level and Board-ready presentations, investment decks, and strategic briefs. You won't just make the slides; you will craft the narrative. • Market Intelligence: Scanning the horizon for M&A opportunities, competitive shifts, and emerging tech within the gaming and betting space.
