Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in loan processing, mortgage administration, or a similar finance role - Strong understanding of lending procedures, credit assessment, and financial documentation - Experience using loan processing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with clients and financial institutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and compliance standards - Knowledge of banking regulations, responsible lending practices, and confidentiality requirements Requirements - Review and verify loan applications, supporting documents, and financial information for accuracy and completeness - Process mortgage, personal, or commercial loan files from application through to settlement - Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and valuers to obtain required documentation and updates - Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies, lending regulations, and compliance standards - Conduct credit checks, income verification, and data entry into loan processing systems - Monitor loan application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding conditions or approvals - Maintain accurate customer records and prepare loan documentation for underwriting and settlement - Provide excellent customer service by responding to client enquiries and resolving processing issues promptly Benefits - Competitive salary - Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO - Work closely with a team of industry leaders who have successfully scaled BPOs in the past - Career growth and development opportunities
