Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of working experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related software engineering roles
  • Academic background in Computer Science, Data science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • Strong professional experience with NET/C# (.NET Core, NET 6/8), including building orchestration and backend APls
  • Hands on experience with Azure OpenAl / OpenAl / ChatGPT-class models (GPT-40-level), as well as generative Al for summarisation, extraction, filtering, speech-to-text / transcription pipelines (e.g. Whisper.NET , Azure Cognitive Services / Speech); and patterns such as RAG and Al search.
  • Outstanding proficiency in using Agentic AI tools like Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to accelerate code development, refactoring, and complex debugging.
  • Excellent understanding of Transformer-based model architectures and general Machine Learning principles
  • Experience deploying or integrating AI models into production environments (APIs, pipelines, or backend systems)
  • Analytical mind with a strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and product development teams
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
