Role Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for a US-based client in the bookkeeping/accounting industry. - Provide operations and administrative support - Manage appointments — scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and calendar management - Handle social media management and marketing support - Assist with LinkedIn outreach and networking support - Manage outreach via CRM and email - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Track KPIs and metrics - Support workflow and task management - Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed Qualifications - 1+ years of experience as an Admin Assistant for US-based clients - Experience in social media management and marketing support - Familiarity with Canva and AI content tools - Experience with CRM systems and scheduling tools - Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including data tracking, reporting, and formulas - Experience with outreach and networking support (preferred) - Background in the accounting/bookkeeping industry (a plus) - Understanding of marketing and audience engagement strategies Requirements - Proactive and organized - Strategic thinker - Reliable and detail-oriented
