• Lead or support the end-to-end delivery of large, integrated laboratory service projects • Contribute across the full project lifecycle, from early solution development through execution and closeout • Support solution design, scope development, and proposal activities • Develop and maintain project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources) • Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to align expectations and execution • Lead on-site project execution, including vendor coordination and equipment-related activities • Monitor progress, resolve issues in real time, and maintain momentum across workstreams • Deliver CrossLab solutions—including laboratory relocations, consulting, and 3D lab design • Lead meetings, drive progress, maintain documentation, and build strong relationships across customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors

• The project manager will own the project management and implementation process for GEHC Invasive products. • Working primarily from a GE location or home based office. • Responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout the project installation. • Act as the primary liaison between GE and customer project teams with onsite support from Service & Sales. • Identify GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables as defined in the sales contract creation, maintenance, and routing of formal project implementation timeline. • Create visible and predictable project data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting. • Responsible for the tracking and communication of implementation progress including project kick-off, regular status updates, and project closure. • Lead the implementation team during clinical “GoLive” of the equipment. • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

• End-to-End Project Management: Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives, driving them from initiation to successful delivery. • Strategic Initiatives & Goal Setting: Drive execution of the organization's new strategic narrative across the Operations Unit: structure the workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between moving parts; strategic content is owned by function heads, delivery is owned by you • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between various departments, aligning teams, unblocking dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration. • Process Optimization & Change Management: Support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives. • AI Transformation: Lead and manage projects focused on integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations within the Operations Unit; act as a genuine advocate and early adopter.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CAPEX projects across multiple European sites • Drive business case development, approvals, and stakeholder alignment • Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, OPEX, and Global CAPEX teams • Ensure delivery against key KPIs: Safety, Cost, Schedule, Scope, and Quality • Develop regional expertise, including regulatory, procurement, and supplier landscapes • Lead engineering and construction teams through all project phases • Define project execution strategies, organization structures, and timelines • Chair steering committees and deliver clear monthly reporting • Champion continuous improvement and best practices across investment projects • Capture and share lessons learned using quality management processes
