Senior Staff Engineer – Product Analyst, Project Manager

Nagarro

• The Product Analyst / Project Manager will help develop and scale innovative AI frameworks. • Collaborate across a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure stories, requirements, and designs are captured accurately. • Analyze and break down complex problem statements, uncover requirements, and apply critical reasoning and creative thinking. • Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature lists, user guides, and release notes. • Own end-to-end project planning and execution. • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure predictable delivery.

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in product analysis, business analysis, and/or product management in an agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, drafting user stories, backlog refinement, and story mapping.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and concepts such as enterprise architecture, data analytics, and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an agile or hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
