• Coordinate day-to-day program operations, ensuring tasks, schedules, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time • Maintain program calendars, track project milestones, and prepare routine progress updates and reports • Assist with the management of program projects aimed at improving processes, meeting accreditation requirements, and streamlining operations • Support resource planning and logistics for meetings, events, training sessions, and other program activities • Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and workflow alignment • Track program expenses and reconcile against budgeted amounts • Review invoices from auditors and scheme owners, submit them for approval, monitor invoice status, and identify potential cost savings and operational efficiencies • Support the collection and analysis of data for financial and operational reporting • Assist program management in organizing team meetings, events, and special initiatives • Manage new transaction verification projects as requested by Accreditation Services International (ASI) • Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies, accreditation requirements, and quality standards • Provide exemplary customer service in response to requests and inquiries • Provide information to clients regarding the certification process and relevant program requirements • Manage daily communications with clients, SCS program personnel, contract auditors, accreditation bodies, certification schemes, and other stakeholders • Support the program through effective client relationship management within a collaborative team environment • Manage and coordinate responses to conformance-related inquiries from accreditation bodies, certification schemes, and stakeholders • Draft, review, and distribute program-related communications, updates, and guidance materials • Maintain and organize program documentation, records, databases, and management systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control • Support internal administrative processes, including document control, contract management, procurement, and tracking activities • Maintain and update Work Instructions, templates, guides, and other operational tools and reference materials • Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions • Draft and distribute program communications, updates, and training materials as needed • Facilitate document translations and support the preparation of presentations, outreach materials, and other program resources • Support managers and team members with training activities and the implementation of program processes and tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of program activities and operational goals
Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Natural Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience and 2+ years of professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Advanced proficiency)
- Exceptional database management skills with ability to rapidly learn new systems as necessary
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage time, work well independently, and work in team-oriented situations
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Proficiency in English with excellent writing and verbal communication
- Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in certification of relevant forestry standards (FSC, PEFC, SFI, SBP) (Preferred)

• Monitor the Prior Authorization queue and manage an organized list of outstanding and in-progress PAs. • Review patient and service data provided by the biller/clinical team for completeness and accuracy. • Submit new prior authorizations to the correct insurance company and plan efficiently via the required method, including insurance portals, fax, or telephone. • Proactively and consistently call insurance companies to check on the status of submitted prior authorizations to prevent processing delays. • Document all communication and status updates clearly and promptly in the patient management system. • Identify, prepare, and submit prior authorization denial appeals in a timely manner, gathering all necessary clinical and administrative documentation. • Track the status of all submitted appeals through resolution. • Monitor the designated fax inbox or electronic queue for prior authorization approvals, denials, and requests for additional information. • Promptly update the patient management system with the final PA status, authorization number, and expiration date upon receipt of approval.
