Technical Coordinator, RSPO
SCS Global Services
• Receive, process, and set up new client requests with efficiency and accuracy • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly • Interface with auditors, clients, staff, and the RSPO scheme as needed to facilitate smooth operations • Organize and maintain client files and documentation meticulously • Assist in the preparation of scoping and work orders, ensuring all necessary details are captured • Manage daily email and Microsoft Teams communications with auditors, clients, and internal team members regularly • Conduct technical review of audit reports in accordance with scheme requirements • Apply professional judgement on the quality of audit reports • Manage quality assurance aspects of the RSPO program to uphold high standards • Perform technical duties with the support of the technical team • Ensure consistent flow of audit projects and conduct field observations as needed • Ensure program compliance with SCS quality system • Maintain new, existing, and archived program files in accordance with program requirements • Support the program with client invoicing and manage accounts receivable processes • Ensure timely release of certification packets to clients • Assist in the development and maintenance of program procedures, protocols, and forms • Collaborate with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery and continuous program improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agricultural or Food Systems, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. or 2+ years of equivalent work experience including project or program coordination, client interface, data entry
- Ability to complete time-sensitive projects and to provide realistic deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Initiative and ability to work independently and use professional judgment; responsive and adaptive
- Excellent technical writing, observation, and data management skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects
- Ability to manage accounts receivable and invoicing processes

• Monitor the Prior Authorization queue and manage an organized list of outstanding and in-progress PAs. • Review patient and service data provided by the biller/clinical team for completeness and accuracy. • Submit new prior authorizations to the correct insurance company and plan efficiently via the required method, including insurance portals, fax, or telephone. • Proactively and consistently call insurance companies to check on the status of submitted prior authorizations to prevent processing delays. • Document all communication and status updates clearly and promptly in the patient management system. • Identify, prepare, and submit prior authorization denial appeals in a timely manner, gathering all necessary clinical and administrative documentation. • Track the status of all submitted appeals through resolution. • Monitor the designated fax inbox or electronic queue for prior authorization approvals, denials, and requests for additional information. • Promptly update the patient management system with the final PA status, authorization number, and expiration date upon receipt of approval.
• Perform daily cash application research and support cash inflow management activities. • Conduct research on payment inquiry requests submitted by other departments, reviewing supporting documentation and identifying required next steps. • Investigate aged and complex items on the unapplied cash dashboard, focusing on older payments requiring deeper review and resolution. • Assist with resolving unapplied, misapplied, or unidentified payments using multiple internal systems and tools. • Maintain accurate documentation of findings, updates, and resolution actions related to payment inquiries. • Manage and distribute email communications related to cash application and payment research. • Utilize a cash application dashboard daily to track, prioritize, and resolve open items. • Collaborate closely with the Cash Application team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries. • Demonstrate strong time management, follow-up, and responsiveness to meet service-level expectations in a fast-paced environment.
