• Manage estimating projects and analyze labor/material costs • Collaborate with teams on project requirements and execution • Provide risk assessments and financial analysis for projects • Utilize estimating software like Accubid where applicable

• 作为产品 Owner，独立负责 AI Agent 平台的产品规划、路线图及落地结果。 • 深入理解不同业务团队的需求，识别共性场景，并沉淀为标准化、可复用的平台能力。 • 设计 Agent 创建、配置、调试、评测、发布、监控及持续优化的完整产品流程。 • 规划并推动工作流编排、多 Agent 协作、任务拆解与智能路由等核心能力。 • 建设 Tool Calling、API、插件及 MCP 工具接入体系。 • 推动企业知识库、RAG、记忆、上下文管理及模型路由能力建设。 • 完善权限控制、数据安全、审批审计、异常重试、人工介入及兜底机制。 • 建立 Agent 评测与运营指标体系，持续优化任务完成率、准确率、稳定性、响应速度及调用成本。 • 协调算法、工程、数据、安全及业务团队，推动产品按计划高质量交付。 • 制定 Agent 应用接入规范与最佳实践，降低业务团队使用 AI 的门槛。

• Synthesize engineering designs at various stages of a project’s development into detailed and accurate estimates of our clients’ capital requirements to execute their projects • Present and defend the results to client management teams and 3rd party auditors • Develop estimates in accordance with AACE best practices • Develop detailed Basis of Estimate documentation • Participate in the quantitative risk analysis process defining project contingency • Assist in maintaining SDE’s internal estimate database • Update estimates as required reflecting changes in project scope and conditions

• Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production work • Thoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle • Perform work in document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed • Use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction • Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions • Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns • Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients • Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems • Help to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client • Perform quality assurance on work, as requested • Adhere to Williams Lea Tag policies, in addition to client policies • Use equipment and supplies in a cost efficient manner
