• Serve as a senior strategic lead and primary client contact for major nonprofit fundraising accounts • Lead strategy and oversight for a large direct mail program • Direct integrated fundraising campaigns across various channels • Collaborate with internal teams and clients for campaign development • Mentor, supervise, and develop program management team members • Contribute to client cultivation and business development efforts
Job Requirements
- At least eight years of progressive experience in direct response fundraising
- Significant direct mail experience
- Client leadership skills
- Experience supervising and mentoring team members
