• Provide administrative day-to-day classification services including research, investigation, and analysis. • Advises managers on position classification processes and tools. • Determines the proper crediting of factor levels and grade allocations. • Prepares necessary evaluation statements and communicates findings.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Federal HR Specialist.
  • Extensive background in staffing and placement on the Federal Government level.
  • Knowledge of the full range of position classification principles and HR concepts.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to perform job analyses.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in USA Staffing.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a Public Trust security clearance process.
