• Design and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script • Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize and streamline business processes • Troubleshoot broken workflows and improve system reliability and scalability • Collaborate with marketing, CS, finance, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and build automation solutions • Document all automation flows, logic paths, and key processes • Maintain a repository of reusable scripts and modules for future use • Train team members on how to use or trigger specific automations when necessary
Job Requirements
- Strong experience using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script
- Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON
- Ability to map complex processes into clear logic flows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other eComm platforms (nice-to-have)
- Experience in low-code platforms like Airtable, Notion, or Zapier (nice-to-have)
- Prior work in fast-paced startups or agencies (nice-to-have)
- 2–3+ years in automation, scripting, or systems integrations
- No formal degree required—just proof of hands-on experience
