• Design and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script • Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize and streamline business processes • Troubleshoot broken workflows and improve system reliability and scalability • Collaborate with marketing, CS, finance, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and build automation solutions • Document all automation flows, logic paths, and key processes • Maintain a repository of reusable scripts and modules for future use • Train team members on how to use or trigger specific automations when necessary

• Monitor all open orders across fulfillment channels in real time, with a focus on tracking movement, carrier handoffs, and delivery confirmation. • Proactively identify stalled orders (no tracking movement for 48+ hours) before they generate CS tickets or customer complaints. • Flag fulfillment patterns — bulk carrier failures, pick-up delays, wrong items shipped — to Supply Chain leadership and CS within defined SLAs. • Serve as the primary point of contact between 3PL vendors and internal teams for all post-dispatch, pre-delivery order issues. • Own the escalation process when fulfillment failures are identified: document the issue, quantify the impact (order count, date range, failure type), and route to the right stakeholder with urgency. • Provide CS with accurate, timely status updates on affected orders so agents can confidently respond to customers still waiting. • Maintain a log of escalations and resolutions to support pattern recognition and process improvement. • Track 3PL performance against defined SLAs and flag recurring failures (pick-up delays, scan gaps, misroutes) to Supply Chain leadership. • Lead chargeback recovery efforts with 3PL partners for fulfillment failures within your scope, documenting affected orders and coordinating with Supply Chain for formal claims. • Support OMS monitoring and translate data into actionable insight for leadership.

• Lead and manage all logistics and responsible for supporting educational delivery and quality including but not limited to: Airport meet & greet (when transfer is included); facilitate hotel check-in and registration. • Reconfirm vendors & included activities (instructors, local guides, coach, restaurants, etc.). • Conduct Orientation and Farewell Briefings and Daily Wrap-up Briefings Listening Device Management. • Accompany participants to all scheduled program activities and be available 24-7. • Enhance “free time” opportunities through providing suggestions and organize group dining opportunities. • Liaise with local guides and instructors to ensure content is presented in a clear and relevant manner and to drive Q&A and educational impact with participants. • Disbursement of payment to vendors (including tips) and manage program budget. • Anticipate and resolve program issues on site. Issues to include participant attitude, mobility concerns, dietary restrictions, vendor cancellations, missed activities, weather events. This should be done in close liaison with Road Scholar. • Follow established emergency procedures and elevate issues to Road Scholar as necessary. • Adhere to Road Scholar branding guidelines regarding use of Road Scholar apparel & signage.

• Lead technical scoping for linear infrastructure projects, including identification of appropriate NEPA pathways (CATEX, EA) and associated permitting requirements • Develop detailed scopes of work, level-of-effort estimates, and technical assumptions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and project constraints • Evaluate project risks, constraints, and unknowns, and incorporate them into pricing, schedule assumptions, and execution strategy • Coordinate with technical teams (biological, cultural, permitting, GIS) to develop comprehensive and defensible project approaches • Contribute to technical narratives, regulatory strategies, and scoping documentation in support of project planning and client engagements • Participate in client and internal discussions, including scoping calls, to advise on project approach, regulatory considerations, and level of effort • Support NEPA reviews and technical deliverables as needed, providing subject-matter expertise across environmental review processes • Provide technical input during execution to ensure alignment with original scoping assumptions and regulatory approach • Advise teams on regulatory complexity, feasibility, and project approach for new opportunities
