Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • PMHNP-BC certification
  • Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, NJ, or MD
  • At least 3 years of experience as a CRNP and 1 year of experience in an educational or leadership role in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry
  • Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and motivate a team of medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to behavioral health services and residency program accreditation.
