Job Requirements
- Experience in Cybersecurity Presales, Customer Success, Engineering, or Solution Architecture
- Proven knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends
- 1-3 years in a technical role such as solutions engineer, consultant, or customer success engineer
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity solutions, Networking basics, Industry terminology, markets, and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Proficient communication skills both verbally and written to effectively engage with diverse customers and teams
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP Security or equivalent are a plus but not required.
