Job Description

Executive Driver

MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC.

• Safely operate company-owned vehicles for business-related transportation needs • Transport CEO and other employees, and visitors to and from designated locations in a timely manner • Map out driving routes in advance to determine most expedient trip • Adjust routes as necessary to avoid heavy traffic or road construction • Assist with or oversee loading and unloading of luggage; assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed • Maintain accurate travel logs recording arrival and departure times and miles traveled • Maintain cleanliness and ensure vehicles are comfortable for all riders • Proactively communicate any delays and route changes as needed • Ensure vehicles have sufficient gas levels and are ready for use • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of driving experience for a business or corporate environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance checks
  • Familiarity with metropolitan DC area highly preferred
  • Strong punctuality, professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Solid verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to remain alert and attentive during extended drives
  • Proficiency using GPS devices
  • Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work outside regular business hours including holidays, nights and weekends.
