Digital Marketer – Demand Generation Specialist
Clarify Health Solutions
• Lead, design, and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy and campaigns • Work closely with product marketing and commercial leadership to drive demand for our software and tech-enabled services solutions within target accounts • Design and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns aligned with sales priorities • Prepare campaign playbooks for BDR/Sales teams with clear multi-channel outreach and nurture/follow-up strategies • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and continuously optimize for pipeline generation • Own the development of a content strategy and creation of content (white papers, case studies, e-books, webinars, videos, etc.) that drives demand and aligns with the stages of the buyer’s journey • Create compelling customer-facing presentations and slide decks that communicate our value proposition • Develop case studies and customer success stories that demonstrate real-world impact • Build content assets for campaigns, including emails, web copy, one-pagers, and blog posts • Organize and execute customer webinars from concept through post-event follow-up • Drive inbound traffic and lead generation through SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and paid search/social strategies • Drive creation of compelling ad campaigns and landing pages for each stage of the buyer’s journey • Build and optimize conversion paths across the customer journey • Implement modern SEO and GEO strategies optimized for AI-powered search experiences • Manage paid search and social campaigns with a clear ROI focus
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software
- Proven track record in demand generation with measurable pipeline contribution
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and execution
- Hands-on experience with SEO, paid search, and paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in using AI tools to support a variety of marketing tactics (content creation, research, optimization, etc.)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills — you can create a compelling presentation and write engaging copy
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI
- Professional and creative problem-solver and self-starter with strong logistical, organizational, and interpersonal skills who can operate effectively in a startup environment
