• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS • Support and improve containerized and non-containerized workloads • Operate and maintain Kubernetes (EKS) clusters alongside other infrastructure components • Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules and develop Infrastructure as Code standards • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure • Implement and enhance observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting) across systems • Improve reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of cloud platforms • Partner with application and data teams to enable efficient delivery workflows • Apply security best practices (IAM, secrets management, RBAC, least privilege) • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, application, and performance issues • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards
• Develop and own a clear product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the PMS that aligns with company strategy and the real-world needs of campground operators. • Anticipate where the platform needs to go — don’t wait for problems to surface. • Bring forward strategic opportunities and risks before they reach stakeholders. • Synthesize operator feedback, market signals, and internal data into a coherent point of view on what to build and why. • Develop genuine expertise in how campground businesses operate — seasonality, staffing models, revenue levers, compliance considerations, and the day-to-day realities of park management. • Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and support to define requirements and deliver well-scoped, high-quality releases. • Bridge the gap between operator needs and technical constraints — translate complexity in both directions without losing fidelity. • Oversee the development and health of integrations with payment processors, channel managers, OTAs (from an operator configuration standpoint), and other tools campgrounds use to run their business. • Define and track KPIs that reflect real operator outcomes: platform adoption, feature utilization, reservation throughput, time-on-task, and retention. • Bring an AI-native working style to the team — actively use AI tools in your own workflow for research, synthesis, spec writing, and iteration. • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with clear intent — not just ceremony.
• Assist software customers during scheduled software support hours • Work with campground and resort staff on inbound call/email/chat questions • Become a master of the ‘ins and outs’ of the Campspot reservation software • Courteously share expertise with campground management and staff via phone, email, and remote desktop demonstration
Billing and Special Projects Accountant – Part-Time

• Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and on time. • Monitor AR balances and follow up on overdue payments. • Assist with payment applications and generate AR aging reports. • Reconcile Accounts Receivable related general ledger accounts during the month-end close. • Process and record credit memos and billing adjustments. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer billing activity. • Participate in accounting projects related to tax filings, audits, and automation of processes. • Identify and support opportunities to improve current accounting tools and workflows. • Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures as they relate to billing and revenue. • Document and update all billing and Accounts Receivable policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update the Campspot Knowledge Base, ensuring all product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to navigate. • Create new documentation, guides, and FAQs to support customers and internal teams. • Collaborate with product and support teams to proactively update resources based on software updates and customer feedback. • Manage and expand the Campspot Certification Program, empowering customers with deep product knowledge. • Develop training modules and assessments to certify users on Campspot software best practices. • Monitor certification progress and continuously enhance the program based on user feedback and industry trends. • Host routine webinars for park operators, providing valuable insights on product updates, new features, and best practices. • Create and manage engaging, interactive learning sessions or materials that drive customer success and satisfaction. • Manage and oversee Pendo as it relates to product learning and feature and educational information and announcements. • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure training content aligns with Campspot’s evolving features. • Develop and maintain an internal training program for onboarding new hires and enhancing product knowledge among existing employees. • Collaborate with department leads to create tailored learning paths for different roles. • Organize regular training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses to keep teams up to date.
• Incubating and launching new ancillary revenue lines from scratch • Providing critical operational capacity to the Leadership Team on ambiguous, high-priority projects • Launch the Services Pilot: Immediate ownership of our "Customer Support as a Service" pilot for campgrounds. You will validate the P&L, define the operational mechanics, and prove the model. • Assess and launch subsequent ancillary revenue opportunities • Build these pilots to maturity, creating the playbooks required to eventually hand them off to functional owners or scale them into standalone business units. • Act as a utility player for the CEO and LT, stepping in to lead cross-functional initiatives that fall between departments or require immediate, high-level attention. • Ensure the business never misses a beat by providing coverage and support for key leadership functions during capacity crunches or transition periods. • Drive strategic planning cadences and ensure complex projects are moving forward across Finance, Operations, and Product.
• Client Campaign Management: Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (especially Google Paid Search and Meta Ads) on behalf of our campground clients to drive online bookings and maximize their ROAS. • Plan, build, execute, and optimize email campaigns in coordination with our campground clients to drive engagement and bookings with their customers. • Client Strategy & Onboarding: Develop bespoke digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of campground clients, understanding their unique goals, budgets, and target audiences. • Client Reporting, Management & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for your clients. Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven performance reports (using GA4, ad platforms, etc.) that "tell the story" of their campaign ROI and provide actionable insights. • Process & Product Development: As a foundational team member, you will actively help create and refine the scalable workflows, reporting templates, and best practices for our new agency offering. • Innovation: Proactively research and propose new paid media channels, strategies, and testing ideas to drive better results for our clients.
