The Opportunity The Sr. Dental and Vision Product Consultant is directly aligned to the Dental and Vision Product Director and serves as a critical extension of the Product COE, supporting Dental and Vision strategy across the U.S. Guided by our purpose - always with you, building a more confident future - and MetLife's New Frontier strategy, this role transforms product strategy, data, and analysis into actionable insights that support regional market execution. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical, fast-learning professional to partner closely with Product Directors, immerse themselves in regional Dental markets, and deliver timely, high-impact insights that support Account Executives, brokers, and complex cases-often on tight timelines. Key Responsibilities - Partner directly with Product Directors to deliver reporting, analysis, and market-ready insights supporting Dental and Vision strategy - Provide rapid "just-in-time" support for regional Sales and Account Executives, including broker-specific and case-specific product insights - Perform network and plan design analysis, including reviewing carrier options, identifying gaps, and highlighting design risks or improvement opportunities - Develop and maintain reporting and analytical outputs for Product leadership and the broader team, translating data into clear recommendations - Support regional market engagement by preparing external-ready materials and insights that Sales partners take to customers and brokers Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in the Group Benefits industry, with strong emphasis on Dental (Vision a plus) - Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and problem solving - Experience reviewing plan design and network structures, including identifying issues, risks, and optimization opportunities - Strong consultative mindset with the ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive, ambiguous requests - Ability to learn quickly, operate with limited direction, and adapt in a fast-moving environment Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred - Experience supporting regional markets and partnering closely with Account Executives - Familiarity with SaaS analytics tools (e.g., Network 360 or similar platforms) - Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools to improve analysis, efficiency, and insight generation The expected salary range for this position is $78,000 - $100,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
