• Conducting live, instructor-led virtual training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention among employees. • Holding space for learners to get one-on-one assistance and answers to questions not addressed during class. • Creating and customizing employee training content. • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify training requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Evaluating and reporting the effectiveness of training through surveys, assessments, and feedback. • Designing engaging, interactive, and sound andragogical training programs.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years supporting users in enterprise environments working with Microsoft business applications.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience including the following: Microsoft 365 - SharePoint, Clipchamp, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Classic Outlook, and New Outlook.
- Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- 2+ years designing and delivering software training aligned to large-scale digital transformation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants.
- Demonstrates confidence delivering live demos and answering most questions immediately.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
- Desirable certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Expert, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Master.

• Maintain operational safety: assess and mitigate risks to Top Aces (TA) equipment, personnel and reputation • Maintain an Airline Transport Pilot License or a Commercial Pilot License, medical certification, and Company Operations Manual required currencies • 100% compliance with applicable Transport Canada and/or Department of National Defence regulations and training rules • Conduct operations in accordance with TA Company Operations Manual, Aircraft Flight Manual and Standard Operating Procedures • Professional, polite, proficient combat support in accordance with customer defined requirements • Communicate any issues (knowledge, systems, procedures, proficiency, and support) that impact your ability to accomplish the above listed requirements • Support engagement of other TA employees through positive, proactive leadership on and off the job • Maintain assigned reference material in the TA knowledge store including regulations, procedures, maps, mission data cards, and any other pertinent information to assure customer requirements are safely achieved • Aid in the evolution and delivery of professional development training for all pilots
