• Partner with business owners and end users to uncover needs, including those not initially articulated. • Define and document clear business requirements and solution designs. • Analyze the complexity of the business process and translate findings into requirements that support enterprise objectives. • Identify requirements needed to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end-user perspective. • Help business owners communicate the value of solutions to key stakeholders. • Provide accurate project effort estimates and assess the impact of changes in business strategy. • Facilitate evaluation of solution options and support decision-making that aligns with the target architecture. • Identify opportunities to create reusable enterprise services and capabilities. • Educate technical teams on the business context, goals, and priorities of each project. • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, and Scrum or Agile.
Job Requirements
- +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands on experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum and DevOps
- Experience in the CRO (Contract Research Organization) industry, supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences companies
- Advanced written and spoken English fluency is a MUST HAVE (from B2 level to C1/C2)
- MUST BE located in Central or South America
